WYL Philosophy:

WYL plays all players as equally as possible with the goal of teaching the sport and providing a fun experience for all involved. Classic teams have a variety of skills and we aim to to have even playing time and players are encouraged to play all positions on the field.

Our Mission Statement:

The mission of Weston Youth Lacrosse is to provide a safe and fun environment where children can learn the game of lacrosse and the principles of team work and good sportsmanship. Our goal is to set and maintain high standards of sportsmanship, ethics and integrity throughout the WYL program. 

MBYLL Mission Statement:

"There are no standings kept, no league championship or playoffs. We play all players as equally as possible with the goal of teaching the sport and providing a fun experience for all involved.

We police ourselves in the effort to provide an outlet for kids that has not been swept up in the pressure filled, win at all cost mania that is too present in today's youth sports. Any conduct perceived to be contrary to the best interests of the MBYLL and it's youth participants should be referred to the Regional Competition Committee."

FGLL Mission Statement:
"The Mission of FGLL is to promote girls youth lacrosse in an environment that emphasizes fun, while developing skills, teamwork, good sportsmanship, and integrity."
